We charge a small order fee as below for orders shipped out of New Zealand.

Packing

We pack to a very high standard using all new materials. Labels are either rolled or shipped flat. Beads are carefully boxed. Prints are shipped rolled or flat (please specify when ordering). All orders are carefully packaged and insured. We accept no liability for damages or loss in transit.

Small Order Fee

We charge a fee of NZ$10.00 for orders less than NZ$50.00 overseas (ie. to countries other than New Zealand).

Delivery Times

New Zealand 1-2 days, Australia 3-6 days, USA/Canada 4-10 days, UK 6-12 days, Rest of World 10-15 days.
